Every Fifth Wheel and INOS caravan is hand-built by our expert team in North Wales – and it’s that same team who look after you long after collection day. Whether it’s your annual service, a warranty query, or an upgrade to keep your Fifth Wheel adventure-ready, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • We’re proud to stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Every new Fifth Wheel or INOS caravan comes with:

    • 3-year manufacturer’s warranty

    • 5-year water ingress warranty

    To maintain your warranty, we ask that your vehicle is serviced once every 12 months – either at our North Wales Service Centre or through one of our approved European partners.

  • We recommend that all of our Fifth Wheel and INOS customers service their vehicles once every 12 months at our Service Centre in North Wales.

    Servicing isn’t just about compliance – it’s about protecting your investment and ensuring everything continues to perform as beautifully as the day you collected it. Our servicing is carried out by the same skilled hands that built your caravan, offering peace of mind and unmatched product knowledge.
